Celestial Kingdom Walkthrough

The sky-bound region that introduces the longest glide chains. It is also where the Sundial gold rail is found.

Story Purpose

The sky-bound region that introduces the longest glide chains. It is also where the Sundial gold rail is found.

This page covers the main route only. Collectible counts and the full post-story sweep stay on the Collectibles page.

Route

  1. Follow the sky routes and glide chains.
  2. Reach the Sundial to unlock the gold rail movement.
  3. Do not skip the Kingdom’s story objective.
  4. Return later with Glide and the Sundial for high collectibles.

Sundial

The Sundial is a key item, not a boss. It unlocks the gold rails used by Wally’s later hiding spots in Tick Town.

Missable Checks

  • No Peeking! — the Sundial gold rail is required for later Wally spots in Tick Town.
Action-based checks: unlike collectibles, these achievements depend on doing a small action while you are in the stage. Current completion guides still describe the game as zero-missable for collectibles, but these checks are easy to forget if you rush.

Collectibles In This Stage

The longest glide chains here need the full movement kit. Save the sky branches for the post-story sweep.

For exact types and the turn-in list, see All Collectibles.

Dodge the enemy attack, then dash through the gap to the exit.
